We are located in beautiful rural Haldimand County. Uniquely situated within the Attercliffe Station community of Dunnville, Ontario. Less than 45 minutes from downtown Hamilton & St. Catharines.
Once-upon-a-time, our property was a railroad. Mother Nature has since reclaimed the land, creating the most magical outdoor aisle surrounded by tall trees & farmland.

Hi! We are "The Hardys" and we can't wait to make your wedding dreams come true!
Truth time - our wedding day was NOT the best day of our lives! Don't get me wrong, our vendors were wonderful and it was very special being surrounded by so many of our family & friends as we said "I do", BUT if we had to do it all over again...we would do things very differently. The stressful planning and financial commitment consumed so much of our energy during our year and a half engagement. Years later when we heard of the new micro wedding trend we were fascinated! Our wedding was already over but we dreamed of simplifying the process for other couples while still maintaining the beauty of a fully styled wedding.
The first wedding to take place on our property was in December of 2017. Brad's brother, Josh and his fiancée, Amanda asked us to create a simple but sweet ceremony to celebrate their love. We had the most fun working together as a team! In just a few weeks we created something special for them! Josh and Amanda read their vows surrounded by glowing mason jars, greenery, and a handful of their loved ones. They got married & we were inspired, in more ways than one!
We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to have their dream wedding day. Our goal is to create affordable and stylish alternatives to traditional (aka big & expensive) weddings!

How Does A Microwedding Work?
What is a Microwedding?
A FUN & easy way to “get hitched”! If you’re not interested in spending a fortune & the thought of enduring a long and stressful planning process sounds dreadful, then a pop-up wedding might be for you! On your special day all of the instagram-worthy details will be taken care of. All you have to do is show up, get married and pop the bubbly!

How much does it Cost?
The total cost for a Microwedding is $2,750.00 CAD + hst. An Elopement is $750 + hst.
Do I need to pay a Deposit?
At this time we are trying to be as flexible as possible to accomodate the current world circumstances and we are only requiring a $500 deposit to reserve your timeslot. Due to the limited nature of our events, deposits are non-refundable. Time slots are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
How many Guests can I bring?
We've capped our Microweddings at 18 guests and our Elopements at 6 guests in order to ensure the ceremonies retain an intimate romantic element. Kids & Babies are people too. Special pets are welcome but please notify us in advance & ensure your pet has a guest as a designated handler and is not left unattended. We love furry family members :)
How many other couples will be registered on my Microwedding Day?
We typically only book 3-4 couples per day. We have carefully coordinated the day to minimize interruptions and distractions to create an intimate and romantic experience. We go to great lengths to ensure you are the only bride on the property during your timeslot.
How do I reserve?
To register for one of our upcoming Microwedding Weekends or Weekday Elopements, click here! Spaces are first come first served.
How long is the Ceremony?
The ceremony itself is 15 minutes with the option to customize small portions. From start to finish your Microwedding will last 90 minutes, elopements are 60 minutes. We kindly ask that you arrive dressed and ready to go in order to ensure you make the most of your little BIG day. Punctuality ensures that you are being respectful to other couples who have time booked before or after your slot. We go to great lengths to ensure that couples do not overlap so that everyone feels special.
What about a Reception or Dinner?
Our weddings are exclusively ceremonies; however, we love supporting other local businesses and have put together this list of fantastic local vendors who can help you find ways to continue celebrating all day long. They offer lunch, dinner &/or cocktail receptions depending on the time of day & venue. Please contact them directly to book.
Can I change anything or add anything to the Ceremonies?
We have carefully curated the ceremonies to suit the trends and needs of many couples, but we understand that everyone is unique. If there is a small element that you would like to add to your wedding ceremony, we would be happy to discuss that. Remember, we want this day to be as stress-free as possible for you!
What do I need to bring?
You will need to arrive promptly & dressed with your rings & marriage license in tow.

What can I NOT bring?
We kindly ask that you DO NOT bring confetti of any sort, fake flowers, decor items, alcohol, food, glass, additional vendors or more thank your aloted number of guests.
Where do I get ready? Who can help me?
We kindly ask that you arrive dressed and ready to go in order to ensure you make the most of your little BIG day. Click here for a list of our preferred "Wedding Prep Vendors", the majority of whom are mobile and able to come to your home or other comfortable location.

We are inclusive, welcoming and respectful regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, size, culture, ethnicity, religion or race. This is something that is deeply ingrained in me as a person, and unapologetically so within my business.
Do you offer any other services besides "Microweddings"?
Yes, we offer Weekday Elopements (the couple + up to 6 guests) at a discounted rate. This package does not include any decorations, food or drink but is a basic & beautiful way to say "I Do" at a discounted rate. Click here to learn more!
We also offer Weekend Venue Only reservations if you would like to reserve our property for a longer period of time on a specific date and book your own vendors (chairs, decor, officiant ect). Fill out the contact form and specify that this is your interest to find out more! We can provide a list of some prefered local vendors :)
How are you dealing with COVID-19?
The health and safety of our couples and our community if our number one priority! We always follow goverment regulations and are constantly adjusting and pivoting as the situation changes from week to week. Currently we have modified our policy so that weddings do not need to be paid in full upfront; we are accepting deposits instead to try and accomodate those in difficult situations. We realize that althought many clients come to us because they WANT a tiny event, there are many of you who had something much larger planned and have been forced to downsize. This is heartbreaking and we are working with many couples who are in this situation to help them create an alternative that still feels special and meaningful!
